Useful information
Our retreat is a private clothing-optional environment, so you can shed the constraints of society, embrace your natural self and discover the benefits of true forest bathing in a beautiful and peaceful setting.
Naturism emphasizes the importance of connecting with nature and cultivating a positive body image, which can have a significant impact on your overall well-being. Physically, it promotes a healthy body image, while mentally it encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness, and emotionally it promotes a sense of freedom and liberation from social norms and expectations. By embracing these principles, naturism can promote a greater sense of well-being and provide a source of empowerment, liberation, and personal growth.
Naturism and forest bathing can be combined in a practice known as naturist forest bathing. This involves spending time in a natural setting, such as a rainforest, while practicing naturism. Naturist forest bathing can involve activities such as walking slowly and mindfully, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest, and touching and interacting with the natural surroundings, all while naked.
