Booking

By booking this rental accommodation, you agree to the rental terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
 

Deposit & Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by bank deposit.
 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival:
Full refund of your deposit minus a 10% processing fee.
 
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival:
80% refund of your deposit.
 
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival:
50% refund or the option to reschedule your stay within 12 months.
 
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival:
No refund, though rescheduling may be possible if dates are available.
 
This policy provides flexibility while supporting reliable planning for Harmony Creek.
 

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
This ensures guests have sufficient time to unwind, explore, and experience the property fully.
 

Children Policy

Guests should supervise children at all times for safety and comfort.
 

House Rules

Smoking is not permitted on the property, and pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8:00 am.
Parties or events are not permitted.
 

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

Liability

Guests assume full responsibility for any damage to the property or injury occurring during their stay.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the rental period.
 

Termination

The host reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for violations of house rules, disruptive behaviour, or property damage.
No refunds are issued in the event of termination, except as otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
