Booking: By booking this rental accommodation, you agree to the rental terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by Bank Deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 60 days before your arrival for a full refund of your deposit, (minus a 10% processing fee). If you need to cancel between 30 and 59 days in advance, you'll receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Please note that no refunds are available within 14 days of your arrival.

Occupancy: To ensure the best possible experience for our guests, we require a 3 days minimum stay at Harmony Creek. This allows our guests time to unwind, explore the area, and fully enjoy all that our property has to offer.

Children Policy: Please ensure children are supervised at all times for their safety and the comfort of other guests.

House Rules: Smoking is not allowed in the property, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and parties or events are not allowed.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the host in advance.

Liability: The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the property or injury that occurs during the rental period. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the rental period.

Insurance: Renters are required to have their insurance to cover any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur during their stay.

Termination: The host reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the house rules, disruptive behavior, or damage to the property. In the event of termination, the renter will not be entitled to a refund of any rental fees paid.
